Chickidee has been designing homeware in Britain since 2004. Our scents, decorative homeware and organic lifestyle ranges are designed in Sussex and shipped from our warehouse in Kent. Today we supply over 100 independent retailers across the UK, from coastal gift shops to city homeware boutiques.
We work to a conscious brief — considered design, recyclable packaging where possible, and ranges built to last beyond a single season's trend.

Frequently asked questions
Who can apply for a trade account?
Chickidee Wholesale is open to UK businesses reselling to consumers — independent shops, online retailers, interior studios, garden centres, hospitality buyers and similar trade. We'll ask for a company number, VAT number where applicable, or evidence of trading.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order value on a Chickidee wholesale account, so you can order exactly what suits your shop and your cash flow.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are approved within 24 hours during the working week. Applications submitted at the weekend are reviewed first thing on Monday.
What does trade pricing look like?
Trade prices are set across the range to give independent retailers a healthy margin against our recommended retail prices. Once your account is approved, every product page shows your trade price and trade pack size automatically.
What are your delivery times and costs?
UK orders are delivered in 1–3 business days. Delivery is £15 on orders under £300, and free on orders over £300.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. International stockists can order from us via Faire, which handles international shipping for our brand. See our Faire profile.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes — if you run a Shopify store, you can dropship Chickidee products by joining us on Shopify Collective. This connects your store to ours and we ship directly to your customer.
Do you offer payment terms?
Not currently. Trade orders are paid by card at checkout.
Can I see the range in person?
We don't have a public showroom, but you'll see us throughout the year at Spring Fair, Autumn Fair and Top Drawer. We always welcome trade buyers to come and meet us at the stand.
What's your returns policy on trade orders?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our wholesale team at wholesale@chickidee.co.uk and we'll put it right. For full terms, see our shipping and returns page.
