As a Store Manager (or ‘Head Chick’ as we call it!) you will have ultimate responsibility for driving sales, hitting targets and maximising the performance of the Store. With lots of work going on in the background of the business and its ever growing operations you’ll be wholly accountable for your Store and its performance. You will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness as well as assuming total responsibility for the team. You’ll live and breathe the Chickidee Brand and lead and train your team in person and by example. You will forever strive to create the ultimate ‘Chickidee experience’ for your customers.
As a Supervisor you will support your Store Manager in their duties and take on Managerial tasks when they are not present. You’ll be a role model to your team. Your passion and energy will inspire others to achieve great Store results. As a key member of the management team you will be building upon your commercial skills and decision making ability to help you become one of our future Store Managers.
As a Sales Assistant at Chickidee it is your job to provide the ultimate shopping experience for our customers. To turn a bad day into a good day and leave a lasting positive impression. It is your job to follow leadership from your Supervisor and Store Manager striving to hit your Store’s targets. To be a team player but able and willing to work on projects alone within a fast paced retail environment.
Previous retail experience with cash-handling skill is an advantage but eagerness to learn and a passion for customer service a must!
