Ordering
Ordering with Chickidee wholesale is simple.
Once you have registered and your account been accepted you will have access to trade prices, pack size increments, and stock availability.
Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to ensure you keep up to date with our brand announcements, know all about our new product development and have access to our pre-selling of new ranges and the launch of newness.
Payments
All customers are required to pay for orders on a pro-forma basis.
Payment can be made at the time of placing any order via debit or credit card.
For all UK-Mainland orders we do not have a minimum order value.
Shipping
UK- Mainland -
No minimum order value on orders.
Shipping is £15 for orders below £300 net of VAT.
Orders above £300 net of VAT are carriage paid (free delivery)
Wholesale orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
If you require next day delivery please select this option when you checkout.
Channels Islands -
Minimum order value of £300 net of VAT
Shipping is £60 on all orders below £1,000 net of Vat.
Orders above £1,000 net of VAT are carriage paid (free delivery)
EU, Export & International Customers -
We recommend using our partners at Faire for your international shipping needs.
You can also benefit from introductory offers such as discounts, free shipping and credit terms if you are new to faire.

Amending an Order –
Once we receive your order our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch as quickly as possible.
It is advisable that any changes you wish to make to your order are communicated to our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by email wholesale@chickide.co.uk.
Returns & Exchanges –
If you wish to return your items please contact wholesale@chickidee.co.uk.
All returns are free of charge and will be arranged by a Customer Service representative who will respond to your email.
